There is no fixed time if you are able to manage the requirements of Civil Aviation Regulations. You may convert it in a month's time or it may take up to 3-6 months depending on your follow-up.

CPL duration is not declared or precise as it is dependant on the infrastructure of flying school, geographical location, availability of navigational aids, serviceable aircrafts, instructors, weather etc.
Hence no flying school can declare the duration of CPL. As it requires 200hours of flying to be completed.
Generally it taken 8-10 months to get 200hrs of flying done if it is uninterrupted. Therefore you can expect CPL license to be issued in 1years time provided you clear your CPL issue exams conducted by DGCA parallel to the flying.

Hi Shreyas!
The fee structure is not mentioned on the official website of the institute.
Aviation is a dynamic field. It is mainly dependent on the crude oil price.Right now the crude oil price is low about 50-60 Usd per barrel. All the airlines are making some profit. As a result airlines can afford to expand their fleet size and hire more pilots. If the crude price goes upto 100 Usd like it was before few years. The airlines won't be able to make the same profit. So they will start cost cutting. Cost cutting means no more expansion and no more hiring. You should complete your course at such a time when the crude oil prices are low. If

Class 2 medical is conducted by a panel of doctors decided by DGCA. You may approach anyone of them. It usually takes 1-2 days to complete the medicals. The doctor will send your file to DGCA and a PMR number will be generated. The process requires one weeks time. You will have to although followup with them as the work sometimes get delayed due to sluggish nature of certain DGCA departments.

Flying Schools DO NOT assist in placements. The candidates have to themselves apply and appear for the entrance exams as and when conducted by the hiring airlines.
Almost all the Indian Airline operators announce vacancies each year although the number of intake may differ each time.
So, you too will have to do the same.

Since your statement ends with a question mark I'll consider it as a question. The best aviation school in India is Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udaan Academy Raebareli. Although Ahmedabad Flying School has also got a good reputation. But remember no flying school will help you in placements hence choose the school wisely and carefully so that you get honest and true flying with respect to DGCA requirements.
