I believe that there is no flying school which offers free pilot training. You can get 40 hrs of flying free of cost if you hold 'C' Certificate of Air Wing. You may also avail some scholarship or freeship but the training is not going to be free throughout.

Indian CPL is categorised under ICAO. And many airlines accept ICAO license apart from only those which are issued by their own local authority. DGCA follows ICAO guidelines and hence Indian CPL holders can apply to all those places where ICAO licenses are accepted. Etihad, Emirates, Qatar, China Air, Lion Air, etc. Are some major airlines where Indian pilots work.

They are based in Delhi. But I'm not very sure if they have their own aircraft. If they are sending outside for training then you can expect an additional charge and hence you will have to pay more. I will suggest you look for a school where they have their own aircraft so that the middle-man cost gets reduced.
