Aircrafts have to be maintained and serviced regularly for efficiency, safety and air-worthiness. Aircraft maintenance engineers work under the direct supervision and guidance of aeronautical engineers for the maintenance of aircraft frame, engine, electrical systems and other ancillary fittings.

No, PTC does not have CPL training course. They are basically into:
1. Cabin Crew Training
2. Ground Staff Course
3. Air Ticketing Course
4. Air Cargo Course.

If you are interested, you come back to India and get an Indian CPL then the basic requirements remain the same as in India.
10+2 with 50% marks in PCM. Since you will be returning to India and get your license issued by DGCA here.
In case you are joining them for FAA License then you will have to fly a number of hours more than those required in India.
Expect 250 hours of flying+Multi Engine for 15 hours and hence the total should be around 265 - 270 hours.
So, obviously, you will have to pay more to get FAA license and then come back to India and get it converted to India CPL.
