For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. No, JEE is way too hard in comparison with the igrua written test. It's like appearing for a high school class text and appearing for your the weakest subject board exam and that too from ICSE board. And yes, you are a CBSE student. The example gone too far but it's something like that.

Hi, you can try private pilot license. Or, ground duty officers or air traffic control, or Aircraft maintenance course or safety management.

Your interests clearly are towards aviation industry. But, you will have to decide as to what role you would like to pursue in aviation.
Commercial, Operations, Ground Handling, Supply Chain etc.
Each domain has many roles and different requirements obviously for each of them.
If you want to pursue your interest of travelling you may look to operations domain where you may become a Pilot or Cabin Crew.
If you are technically strong and hold degrees for the same you may look to be an AME.
If you have interest in managing or planning flights you may become a flight dispatcher.
So, it's on you to decide and act accordingly.
