For every Ayurvedic student, the best MD course would be different as per their liking of the specific field. Students usually prefer clinical subjects because you can practice in Ayurvedic hospitals as an edge over non-clinical subjects. But if you really do like a specific non-clinical subject and are willing to work hard for that you can become very successful in that field too. One can pursue MD in the following subjects:
Non-Clinical Subjects

Instead of government, I believe that you must try in privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4 LPA (tuition fees) in a common scenario. Still chances are very less. So I'd suggest you try to go with the idea that you must do better next year.

They have an excellent management of exams and teaching. Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar has the best teaching methods with highly qualified teachers and professors, lecturers, and readers, etc. Studying at GAU was one of the best experiences of my life.
