Hey Ankit to be an IAS officer you must appear for upsc cse . This only require graduation in any discipline. So you are eligible after BA only but if you want to study more then it is better to pursue MA in your optional subject.

The minimum eligibility criteria to pursue B.A. English literature is 10+2 in any stream from a recognised board with an aggregate of at least 50% marks. Additionally, the candidate must have had English as a core subject. The Admission Process is usually merit-based but few colleges conduct entrance exams. Thank You!

The country might be expensive to live in but there are a lot of universities that offer affordable yet high-quality MBA programs. A minimum 3-years of full-time work experience.
