The Medicaps University admission process for the BA LLB (H) course starts with the application process. Once the prospective students have applied, they are required to appear for the MLAT exam. After which, the university's admissions committee shortlists students based on MLAT scores. Yes, for a BA LLB degree to be valid, it must be pursued from a regular college/institute approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI). BCI does not recognize distance or online BA LLB programs. Only full-time, on-campus law degrees are accepted for legal practice and appearing in bar exams in India.
