HNLU Raipur has a total intake of 180 students for its BA LLB (Hons) programme. This includes the seats for All-India category (85), seats reserved for the candidates with Chattisgarh Domicile (85), NRIs (8) and Foreign National category (2). Additionally, there are 7 supernumerary seats (over and above the sanctioned intake). 5 of these seats are reserved for wards of Kashmiri Migrants and 2 seats are reserved for students from Jammu & Kashmir. The mentioned number of seats has been sourced from the official website of the university/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change and hence, is indicative.

Candidates can get admission at the IIL for the BA LLB (Hons) programme. Applicants should meet course-specific eligibility criteria to get enrolled in the BA LLB programme. Candidates may visit the official website to apply. Admission is based on valid entrance scores, and the candidate should have passed their Class 12 with at least 60% aggregate. Yes, New Law College Bharati Vidyapeeth does accept entrance examination scores for admission to BA LLB courses, the college accepts BVP CET exams for admission to UG & PG programmes. Hence, candidates with valid scores in BVP CET are eligible to apply for admission to BA LLB. Additionally, New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University offers various law programmes like BA LLB, BBA LLB, three-year LLB and LLM for the eligible candidates to earn their respective seats in the University.

In the first semester of a BA LLB course, the New Law College Bharati Vidyapeeth offers the subjects that can make the foundational base for the students that can help them to learn about Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Legal methods related subjects in depth.
