No, you need to take admission directly after 12th in GNDU. You can either reappear and then re-apply after 1 year but that will start your course again from scratch. Which means that you'll begin with it again as a fresher in GNDU.

Both, BA LLB and BLS LLB courses are five-year LLB courses, However, the course curriculum of both subjects are different. The only difference between these law courses is that in a BLS LLB course aspirants are taught all the topics from a legal point of view right from the beginning which is not the case in a BA LLB or a BBA LLB course.

Generally speaking, applicants to SASTRA University's BA LLB degree must have scored highly on their exams in the twelfth grade. Although the precise cut-off percentage may change annually depending on the volume of applications and level of competition, a minimum of 60% overall is typically needed. When determining admission, SASTRA University also takes into account a candidate's success on national entrance tests like the CLAT or LSAT-India. Your chances of getting into the programme will be boosted by both a strong result on the admission exam and your 12th grade grades.
