Here 60 seats (students) can do BA LLB Hons at School of Law and Legal Affairs NIU because there is some eligibility criteria for the admission like the students must have 50% above in class 12th for the general category and admission is based on the candidate's performance in CLAT, CUET and NSAT.

The entrance exam scores that UPES School of Law accept for admission to BA LLB are:
- In CLAT score upto 15000 rank
- In LSAT score upto 60%
- It also consider the personal interview and group discussion in board marks in UPES.

No, we cannot join school of law and legal affairs NIU without national entrance exam like CLAT because CLAT – score is mandatory and the admission will be done on the basis of merit only and candidates who are appearing or have appeared in the 10+2 examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to appear in the test. However, such candidates are required to have passed the qualifying examination at the time of their admission and must be able to submit proofs in support of their claims.

There are a total of 60 seats in BA LLB course offered by RILS Bangalore. The institute offers seats to candidates in the BA LLB programme based on CLAT, LSAT India or AILET scores.
