B.A LLB

Institute of Law, Nirma University offers good placement with a placement rate of 80% as per last year's records. Both B.Com LL.B. and B.A. LL.B. has good placements scope at INLU because of the companies which attend the placement drive at ILNU. The only difference between both of these cources is the choice of subjects. The courses offered in the BCom LLB program are in the field of commerce, while the subjects offered in the BA LLB program are in the arts. The legal portion of the course is similar in both the courses. So, in conclusion, if you are planning to go to judiciary or public services, B.A. LL.B. will be better and for MNCs and Corporate industries, B.Com LL.B can be efficient. However. as per INLU's plcements records, both of theses cources has a decent placement rate.

Certainly. My friend passed out LLB in 2022 from PU. The Faculty Members were all very good and they taught us with lot of dedication. There were part time Faculty Members also, and some of them rose to be Judges of High Court and also Supreme Court. I am sure the quality of Faculty even today would be as good as it was then.

I am not saying so because Law Dept. PU, happens to be my Alma Mater, but because I see a lot of pass outs do well as lawyers . The university otherwise also has a glorious past to substantiate its credentials. The last to last Retired Chief Justice Of India, Justice Kehar was a pass out of Law Dept, PU. The Late Justice Punchi, who retired as Chief Justice of India also taught at Law Dept. PU. Our former PM, Sardar Manmohan Singh was a Faculty Member in Economics Dept. of PU. The list is endless . Some of the Vice Chancellors like DR. Bambah, have international fame in their fields.

In any case you can search the rating at internet but I would rate PU good for doing law.

The National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi) is generally considered to be a better choice for B.A. LL.B compared to the University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University. NLU Delhi is ranked among the top law colleges in India

and is known for its academic excellence and strong faculty. However, the choice between the two institutions may also depend on factors such as Faculty and Infrastructure, placement and Alumni network, Curriculum and Specialisation, Location and Affordablity, Reputation and Ranking.

Compare the curriculum, specializations, and elective courses offered by both institutions to see which aligns better with your interests and career goals.

Look into the faculty profiles, qualifications, and experience of the faculty members at the respective institutions.

The placements at The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law are pretty good and the average salary package offered was 8.4 LPA. The university is considered to be one of the top universities for law. 

Every year, the students are provided a generous CTC package during the placement drive. Placements for RGNUL Punjab 2023 are now complete. Eight recruiters made PPOs, and eight recruiters made offers to graduating students; the remaining eight recruiters were hired through campus recruitment. Out of the 31 students who were placed, 11 of them obtained PPOs as a result of their internships. 

The RGNUL Punjab students received offers from a number of recruiters, including Trilegal, Ernst & Young LLP, S&A Law Officers, Link Legal, etc.
