The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate of the qualifying examination. So, if you fulfill the above eligibility criteria and qualify the entrance test, you will be eligible for admission to the B.A. LL.B. Course offered by North Bengal University, Siliguri.
