After class 12th, you have to give CLAT exam for taking admission in a good Law College. However, there are many other colleges which take admission without CLAT exam. You have to prepare general awareness questions and basic legal questions from constitution and Criminal laws.

Yes, you can. But, I would suggest, instead of dropping out try, if you can get admission in some other college providing BA LLB.
