Even if you failed to pass Physics you can still do BA LLB. The Bar Council of India (BCI) demands 45% or more comprising marks in 10+2 or an equivalent examination for admission from any recognised board. School leavers are eligible if they passed 5 subjects with 60 percent and above as per the above table. As we saw from the previous BCI, there isn't a provision stating that a student has to pass all the subjects offered, which translates to there being six of them, here. Eligibility criteria for the BA LLB programme in Chanakya Law College, Rudurpur is through merit and entrance tests.
