UG courses come with an age limit, so maybe not, you will have to check the college website to know about eligibility criteria. You can also try IGNOU, swayam. Gov. In and NIOS if you are really passionate about subject then age doesn't matter.

The exact information goes to the college website. The dress code of St Joseph's college Depends from course to course. Students are advised to wear formals. Casuals only on weekends. It's Kurtis and jeans for girls and formal pants/shirts for boys. No sleeveless/body-hugging tees allowed. It's mandatory for management students to wear suits. Neckties for boys is a must. Suits can be accompanied with blazers, if weather permits. Other vocational courses too have uniforms.
