Yes, you are eligible for B.A. In drama but where you are checking isn't it late now for admission as all admission period is over and even the late admission criteria also over by Oct.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Journalism /Research / Academics area then MA/M.Sc/Masters in Mass media/Journalism is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA ( finance) is better. An MBA finance degree will also give you an entry into Equity Research domain.

Yes, both are different. Yes, if the course for Masters is available there depends on the norms of the college. It must be having entrance for admission to Masters course. In Delhi University, Masters admission is done by entrance or merit based for students in DU. You can get merit based.
