This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Journalism /Research / Academics area then MA/M.Sc/Masters in Mass media/Journalism is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA ( finance) is better. An MBA finance degree will also give you an entry into Equity Research domain.

Financial analytics in the finance function has to do with analysing the 3 big financial statements (the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) within a company. Management accountants and financial analysts also go into detail in terms of tracking the financial health of the business in a much more granular manner, flagging deviations from budget and other areas worth looking into. Yes, if the course for Masters is available there depends on the norms of the college. It must be having entrance for admission to Masters course. In Delhi University, Masters admission is done by entrance or merit based for students in DU. You can get merit based.
