Hi,
It is nice to see that you want to be an IAS aspirant. IAS can be pursued by students from any stream, it is never restricted to any particular subject. But then it is always suggested for humanities graduates to pursue the same. As the IAS subjects are more about politics, sociology and other subjects, few of these are covered in BA degree. So it's quite good to have BA base for IAS exams. My perspective and my suggestion for you would be BA for a strong and healthy background for IAS studies.

The BA curriculum includes a number of required courses, but also a number of categories of electives:
The semester-by-semester curriculum suggests certain electives in certain semesters.
Major electives:
These courses are intended to fulfill 2nd major or secondary field (minor) requirements and are slightly restricted. In this category, you may choose any academic courses, including a maximum of two computer science courses.

Hi,
The eligibility criteria is-
50 % minimum marks or equivalent grade point in psychology as core paper in BA.
MSU allows admission only if your degree is complete by the time your session here starts. That means, if they classes for MA start in June, then your Bachelor's should be completed by then. You shouldn't be still pursuing it.
