Yes, you can do MBA even after B.A. English. You can go for MBA- IT, Finance, Operations, E-Commerce. You should have cleared any one entrance test (such as CAT/MAT/ XAT/NMAT /CMAT/GMAT/NEST) accepted by various colleges and you should also have minimum of 45% to 55% in your Bachelors (any stream) for admission in the same. Admission in MBA is done via two modes- either through an entrance exam or direct admission which is based on merit basis or management quota basis. MBA specialisation, which are as follows:
Oil and Gas Management, Hospital and Healthcare Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, Tourism and Hospitality, Financial Mark
...more

Hello,
There is no difference between both the courses. It's just only the nomenclature of course. Few universities and campus give BA (JMC) degree and few one give BJMC and GJUS&T, Hisar provides B.Sc degree in journalism and mass communication.

I think you should choose an option which will take you directly into a multi-national corporation as this is a very good course to enter the corporate world. So choose wisely and do well.

Yes, a BA student can do MBA in HR. Any graduate student can do specialisation in any sector or domain in MBA. It completely depends on the choice of the students individually.
