B.A or Bachelor of Arts or B.A (General) is an undergraduate course. It is not subject-specific. One can choose no. of combination subjects, apart from 1-2 compulsory subjects. This combination vary from institute to institute. Normally, a candidate needs to study 5-6 subjects out of which 1-2 are compulsory and 3 electives.

Once you obtain your degree of BA, then you need not spend three years again to have another degrees. There are plenty of institutions offering PG diploma or certificate in tourism. I would advise you to go for certificate course first and then decide future while working.

Congratulations. Yes, you have chances of getting into DU. But every year, the percentage for each course will increase. You have to wait for 5th and 6th cutoff list for getting admission into political science. Thank you and best of luck.
