Can I take BA honors in sociology in University of Delhi? I got 58% in 12th commerce with maths stream.

I think no, because last year the cut off touched 81%.
Also, every college offers different cut-offs for different courses.

While applying for DU where should we fill best of 4? There is a part where we have to give our CBSE marks but of all 5 subs, not best of 4.

The selection of subject based on best four means you have to arrange your marks in descending order and whatsoever is last don't include in the best four.

Is Aryabhatta College in DU a good option for political Science? I have 86% in my boards and have 88% when best of four is considered.

You can check the reviews of college and I think you are eligible for political Science. Because last year, the cut-off closed at 86% for general category.
