It's not important for a person to be from the humanities background to go B.A. One from the commerce background also can pursue the same. Therefore you can go for B.A. In mass communication no matter you completed your 10+2 from the commerce background.

Yes, you can get admission there. Only graduation is the criteria for MBA no matter in what stream you have done it.
