Yes, you can apply for LL.B. Course in DU. The basic marks in graduation must be above 50%, to which you fulfill the criteria.

You can apply for civil services and other examinations to get government jobs. You can also seek a job in non-technical arms of defence services and paramilitary forces.

You need to have minimum 50% in 12th and apart from that 50% marks in English at 10+2 level (45% marks for OBC category).

UPSC demands you to know all the subjects from history to biology (both for preliminary and Mains). So I would advice do not choose your graduation stream only based on being UPSC aspirant. At the same time make sure you read news papers daily, specially The Hindu. The last three year paper trend has been based only on current affairs question. Read all the NCERTs from standard 6 to 10, and geography, history and political Science NCERTs of standard 11 and 12.

For this, you need to contact the university in which you have been studying the B.A. Exam. They will be able to guide you better.
