For BA (Hons) in Arabic, you need to have passed 10+2 from a recognized board. It is mandatory to have Arabic subject to apply for the same.

Hi, MAH-CET 2018 Eligibility
Here the eligibility criteria for MAH-CET:
- Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in any discipline from any recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks, and at least 45% in case of reserved candidates.
- Final year students can also apply.
- Candidates appearing for CAT / GMAT / CMAT /MAT February / XAT/ ATMA are considered to be eligible for admission against the All India Seats subject to the fulfilment of eligibility criteria. Such candidates need to fill online application form according to the schedule.

Now it would not be possible to change the stream. You need to continue with you BA and go for higher studies in the same stream.

Yes, you can join but you need to have atleast 45% - 55% to enroll in the Bachelor's degree in law.
