Hi,
LLB Degree isn't available through distance mode and hence, you can search if any university in your city provides the course in evening batch.
If you don't want to enter into practice and want to learn Law for the growth of your business you can pursue Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Business Laws from West Bengal National University of Judicial Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata.
This program is offered in online and distance mode.
You can visit the following link for more information

Switching from DU to IPU will be a bad idea. I would suggest not to do that, instead option for Masters or PG in marketing ones you complete your graduation. Switching now, when you're already in 2nd year will be a waste of time.

BA from DU is better than BBA from IPU because DU is a government university whereas IPU is semi-government. You get a brand name tag when you are a DU pass-out where as an IPU pass-out has to struggle more to get into the market.
