Yes. You can pursue MBA in HR after B.A. In Psychology, and psychology will be a gem in your profile. Since you will learn about Human behavior in MBA it will be easy for you to understand this and you might able to use your psychological knowledge with your MBA. If you want to pursue MBA in HR, I would recommend you JK Lakshmipat University since it has a brilliant infrastructure and eminent faculty. I hope my answer will help you.

Yes, there is an entrance test conducted by college authorities for admission to B.A in English, Journalism and Psychology from St. Joseph's College, Bangalore.
Admission Process:
Eligible candidates need to appear for the Entrance Test conducted by the college. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview based on marks obtained in Entrance Test. Regards.

Sorry, I was unable to understand your question properly. But as I understood you are asking for how to apply for B.A. If I am not wrong most colleges nowadays have an online procedure for admission for better transparency.
