Hi,
If you were good in English, the exam should not be too tough, but it depends on the college. The but best colleges will have more difficult questions and they will expect you to have read a lot of good popular classic and modern novels. apart from grammar and basic English skills, GK on literature. For example, who is the author of the book 'Color Purple May come'?

The eligibility criteria is 50% marks in graduation and 50% marks in Maths/ Statistics in 10+2. If you meet the above criteria, then you are eligible.

LLB Degree isn't available through distance mode and hence, you can search if any university in your city provides the course in evening batch.
If you don't want to enter into practice and want to learn Law for the growth of your business you can pursue Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Business Laws from West Bengal National University of Judicial Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata.
This program is offered in online and distance mode.
