Different colleges have a different eligibility criteria for admission. Usually, an honors degree is required for admission for admission into the same. It depends on your interest. If you want to pursue a career in research, teaching, administrative or civil services, political Science would be a great option. If you wish to pursue a career in journalism, advertising, event management, public relations etc., then mass communication will be a wise choice. You need to figure out your interest to make a choice between both.

The minimum eligibility to apply is 40% in class 12th.

You need to complete 10+2 with minimum 50% marks and also pass the eligibility test.

St. Stephen's College and Lady Shri Ram College are at the top of the list. Both the colleges are at par when it comes to brand value, exposure and the placements of course. Shri Ram College of Commerce in spite of being ranked number one college for commerce isn't the best choice for economics honours but is the second best though.

You need to pursue a short-term course which will help you run a chemist shop with the license.
