Hello Raesh,
It's very heartening to come across someone like you who wants to study even at the age of 30. Yes, you can do BA once again but may not be in same subject. There could be issue of migration also. I feel best would be to go for IGNOU courses.

It's very good to know your dream. With this you have crossed first hurdle. Yes, MBA can be done after any graduation. It would be best if you start preparing for entrance exam for IIMs right now.
