Hi,
To pursue IAS, there is no need to go for a particular degree. You can study any degree and write UPSC exam. The questions are political and based on general knowledge. So there is no need to have a specific degree.

You can think of doing MA in economics. You can also do CFP if you are interested in starting on your own in finance world. Teaching is one option.

You are not eligible for any recognized full time MBA program. As per AICTE norm, you need minimum 50 percent in graduation in order to be eligible to apply for any MBA program.
You may either sit in mark improvement exam of graduation if your university allows or you may do job right now and later may opt either part time or distance MBA program.
