It depends in which universities and colleges you want to apply. You won't get admission in any DU colleges.

First of all, Mumbai University does not offer BA honors in English. As far as national reputation concern, u fortunately there isn't any colleges in Mumbai except St Xavier's. You may look other as follows:
1. Mithibai College, it has a department of English

If you are looking for careers in the corporate as of now, BBA is better. If you are looking for evolving yourself more, choosing the subject which you like most then BA liberal arts is better. If you see the content of BA liberal arts the range of courses offered at SSLA is expansive. From anthropology, archaeology, film studies to usual subjects like maths, computer science, business studies, etc. So don't be surprised if you come across a Philosophy major who is rushing through the corridors to attend his or her Women and Gender studies class.
To this, add compulsory courses dealing in logic, finance, history, etc. and elective subj

You have pretty good marks in class 11th. I wonder why you want to change the stream.
Unless you have strong interest in political Science, I would recommend you to continue with commerce field.
As for the calculation of best four subjects:
For BA
1. One language, which can be core subject, or elective, or functional
2. The subject that you're applying for. If you don't choose that subject as part of your best of four, you might be at a disadvantage of about 2%
3. Two other subjects from List A (List A includes disciples that are offered by the varsity for admission to its undergraduate programs.)
For B.Com:
1. One language, either core sub

It depends on which college and institute you want to choose. In DU, you need more than 100 percentile. If you are from commerce stream and want to opt BA from any top colleges in Mumbai, around 30% seats are allowed for commerce students in arts and in any good colleges, you need above 85% and in newer colleges, you will get admission easily.

Amity is a better choice among the three but if your focus is on judiciary or government jobs then BVP will be a good option.

Hi Lovepreet,
I have already answered a similar question for you.
BA in mass communication does not have any subject related to political science but a person having knowledge of political science will surely have an edge over other candidates pursuing the same program. If you aspire to become a journalism, especially a news reporter, anchor, or of any other profile in the print of TV industry, you knowledge of political science keeps you a step ahead of people fitting in the same profile. You will get to learn and read a lot of news papers, see television to understand the current political situations of the country and the world and w
