BBA is an undergraduate management degree whereas MBA is a post graduate degree. So, if you have a bachelor degree (BA) then you will be eligible for a Master's degree only that is MBA only.

It is more or less the same, the changes could differ in the curriculum offered under the 2 mentioned courses. Also, the difference lies in the type of degree offered and the University affiliation for the mentioned courses and the institutes.
Difference between Mass Communication and Journalism.
Journalism is domain of mass com as mass comm is a very vast field and has a lot various domains such as Journalism, Advertising, Direction, PR, etc.

These days it's very simple & easy to to register for distance education. You need to open webpage of the university, download brochure cum application form. Pay the fees online and upload the form. That's all.

Yes, you can do Bachelor degree from any valid and Recognised university through distance mode and prepare yourself for Civil examination.But you should think of any professional degree in Bachelor degree as a plan B if you are not able to crack the Civil examination.
