I feel happy when someone is desirous of rejoining path of study once again. There is absolutely no bar in rejoining after gap of certain years. But remember, studying and working simultaneously is quite taxing. Your son should be capable of this.

In today's world, all we want is a high placement from a college. So, prefer the best college for MBA. No matter from where you pursued your Bachelor degree, go for CAT preparation.
If you will be in 99-100 you may get call from IIM. So, go for it.

Yeah, you can pursue Bachelors of Arts BA after 12th. There are no restrictions. Admission will be based on your 12th performance.the subject is too be decided on the basis of your interest.

You have a decent rank but I think you shouldn't expect VIPS or Amity Law School. You might get through the other colleges under IPU.

IPR is an emerging branch, so go for that.
if you're in with the conventional fields of law, then you always have civil and criminal law at your disposal.
