After completing BA course, If your aspiring to apply for higher degree courses then you may apply for the courses like,
Career Option after Completing BA Course :-

=> MA ( Master of Arts )
=> MBA ( Master of Business Administration )
=> B.Ed ( Bachelor of Education )
=> LLB ( Bachelor of Law )
=> M.com ( Master of Commerce )
MA stands for Master of Arts . The duration of the course is two years and the course is divided into four semester . To apply for this Course , you should complete Bachelor degree with Minimum 50% percentage of marks from recognized University . First preference is given to Arts ( ie:- BA ) Candidates .

Admission in regular college with 65% is not possible you can try for SOL or any other universities such as CCS, GJMs, etc.

Qualifying exam for courses, already passed candidate have to enter the marks at the time of application; the candidates, those are appearing in qualifying exam in year 2017 have to enter their mark till 05th July 2017 on the same portal later on.
For B.A. B.Ed
Candidates must have passed +2/Hr. Secondary/Sr. Secondary or equivalent exam in Science and Commerce streams or in Arts streams with at least 50% marks in aggregate (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ ST/PH candidates) in 2015, 2016 or appearing /appeared in 2017
For B.Ed

The registration for the entrance based courses in University of Delhi' s undergraduate admission 2017 will start tomorrow. The registration for the merit-based courses is currently underway. The registration for these courses in Delhi University (DU) started on May 22. This year the university will be conducting entrance test for a total of nine under graduate courses. In comparison to last year, only one more course has been added to the list of entrance-based courses, i.e. BA (Hons.) in Music.
For the admission through the merit-based courses, DU will released the first cut-off list on June 20.

BA is not necessary, even science and commerce students go for IAS. Even I want to become an IAS officer and I will go for B.Com and sidewise, I will prepare for IAS.
