Yes, As IP university is one of the best well recognised university. Its placement & campus is quite well. So, I think to choose IPU for BA in economics is a good choice.

If you didn't take any entrance exam then you should join a private university or college like Amity University. Contact the admission cell. They can help you with the admission.

There is not much of a difference in BCA and engineering. B.Sc has a different syllabus. If you have any interest in pursuing engineering then go for it. Else, B.Sc will be a better option for you.

There is huge difference between both. In BA. Programme, you will get 4 arts subject like Hindi, English, Economic etc. in each semester. But, in political science (Hons.), you will get all subjects related to politics. These subjects can be Indian politics, foreign politics etc.
