I think, it depends on eligibility pre-condition mentioned by the organisation who are going to recruit. If they allow, B.A /B.Sc/B.Com (any graduate) can apply for the management job.

Law is not allowed in distance mode. Yes, for knowledge, you can do certificate level courses but for full time course you need regular, for extra requirement contact directly the university or college than can help you in this matter.
