Delhi University does not offer 5 years integrated BA LLB degree course. DU faculty of law offers 3-year degree course on law after graduation degree. Admission is based on entrance examination. You may look at DU website for further details. You are advised to appear for Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC to become an IAS officer. It is the most competitive exam of India.

Hi,
If you focus and goal is set to enter into media industry than you can go for BA journalism, otherwise, you can do BA English Honors and then enter into MA level through which you can improve your communication skills and in 3 years you can do internship in the same to understand in which profile you would want to start your career in journalism, whether it's English journalism, reporter, news anchor, research, content writing or in production line.
So, decide according to your interest.

Yes, you can do MBA after a gap of 3 years but if you were working it can come as a plus point for you as experience.

Yes, many private colleges have UGC recognition.You can check the same on the UGC approved universities list. As per the list, CV Raman University is approved. It will be recognised for government jobs.

Dear,
The eligibility criteria:
Completed class 12th from CBSE or equivalent board with a minimum of 50% aggregate and must have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject.
As per this, you are not eligible.
Even you can complete your graduation in any stream and then go for LLB programme but in that case, you should have 50% in graduation.
You need to consider other options.
