The eligibility depends on the type of course that you wish to pursue, the details of some courses are stated below:
Diploma class 10th cleared from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.
Bachelor's Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.
Post-graduation degree: Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks.
Graduate and PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT, etc.

A person who has cleared one of the following examinations with pass in English as one of the subjects shall be eligible to join the first semester class of B.A. or B.Sc. (General/B.Sc. (Bio-Info.) and Honors) degree course in a college affiliated to this university, however, a person who has not qualified English as one of the subjects at the +2 examinations, shall be eligible to join B.A./B.Sc. - Ist semester provisionally subject to his / her qualifying the deficient subject of English from the parent board/body/council/university in two consecutive chances subsequent to his / her admission, failing which his / her admission to B

As per the ranking and overall status I won't recommend this university for BA LLB programme. There are few other universities with good ranking, rich course structure, experience faculties, infrastructure, summer training, moot court competition, etc.

ICFAI university having good reputation in other management programme but for law you should consider all the points like ranking, faculty experience, summer training, infrastructure, etc.

The admission process and requirements are different. First, you must decide which country you want to go to as your marks are good. You can apply for top universities, though admission is not a guarantee anywhere. You can take IELTS or TOEFL. You must also take SAT depending, where you want to go.
