It does not matter which subject you chose for Civil Services. You must chose subjects in which you feel you are the best and can give excellent performance in exams to obtain top results. You may seek your teachers advise also.

There are many options one can pursue. You can do LLB and practice or join Law Firms or Corporate Houses. You can do Civil Services, if interested. You can do Masters in International relations. You can join Corporates in Public relations Department. Material Management (purchase, Stores, Logistics) are areas you can explore job opportunities.
You can join as faculty if interested. Career is wide open in Indian
Defence Sector that is having shortage of Officers.
You can apply for posts in Railways, Nationalized Banks, Post Offices and other Government departments.
