There's an option to do MBA with IT. You may look for it. MCA will keep you closer to your work. Go for it if you enjoy your work. MBA will open many channels for you and divert you from what you are doing. I will also suggest that complete 3 years before you switch to college education again

Yes u can. Any grad can do mba. Besides mba in general branches, u can opt mba (heritage management) from ahmedabad university. It may suit your grad background. All the best.
