Yes you can pursue MBA in HR. MBA doesn't require to be graduate in specific field. Your degree in sociology will give you benefit if you pursue MBA in HR as it is somehow related to it. Also it will be good for your career.

Praveen with graduation in Economics you can strive to get into Govt administrative services through UPSC or state PSC competitive exams. You can get into Accounts related job in the private sector. You can opt for Banking services. But my sincere advice would be to do post graduation after your B.A.

Explore what is the procedure to appear for Civil Services Examinations. You can also opt for Law after completing graduation. Another option is to enter the filed of Management - you can sit for CAT/MAT/XAT examination for admission to MBA course in a good institute.

In order to pursue a Ph.D course, one needs to have a Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized university.

Ankur as per your profile admission in the good courses is quite difficult but you can go with M.A. journalism, economics, social work, PGDCA . These are good course with job orientation

No Bharath. It should be 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the semesters / years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far).

It all depends which career you want to pursue both of them are equally good and interesting.
