You could try banking or accountancy, depending on your area of interest.
Even call centers are a good option if you are good in communicating.

Dear Bhawani Singh,
As we are aware that BA is a basic degree in graduation level and this qualification is not enough for your career. So, you should apply for further education. You are eligible to pursue MBA/ MA. As per my view you should apply for MBA, if you want to grow and to get maximum opportunity in your career.

You also consider improving your English. Think mainly of Spoken English. If you can show fluency, there is no one stopping you. More than a qualification, the skills are important.

Its never confirmed that even 99.9 percentile students will get admission in IIM Ahmadabad. So just give the CAT exam with best preparation and then decide for college. But yes always prepare for aiming at best.

Hi Sandhya,
Education does not come easy and hence, one should invest more time in it. Jobs are readily available in the market once you have the right degree / diploma to nurture the job. Hence, I would request you to first complete your studies and then take up a job.
I hope it helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

Benefits do not come straight away sometimes. We have to take a qualification and mould it for recognition and our career.
