You are graduate. If your graduation score is 50% or more then you are eligible to to give exams such as CAT, SNAP, NMAT, XAT, etc. Your admission will be dependent on your score of these exams. Placement will be dependent on your overall performance in MBA b-school.

As you are working and have done B.A. (HRM), I will not suggest you to leave the job but you can do a course in Bussiness and HRM. I'd prefer top IMTCDL.
