Hi Raviraj. According to me you should go for Marketing because there is huge demand for good marketers in the corporate world. Package is always high then to HR. And please remember a company needs 10 marketing people but they will only need 1 for HR. Also as you have done your BA in English it will help you in communicating your views nicely to consumers. There is no need of a specific subject. If you are a 10+2, you can join law integrated courses like BA LLB or BBA LLB.

I don't think that it is a routine. It involves procedure and study visa. Our University should have a recognised status.The process may generally be the same as in the USA.

Opt for what you wish to do in the future. Speak to students who are studying both. Make a note of the pros and cons of both. Know the scope they have and then make a call.

You have not mentioned the duration of diploma course. But, a degree course in distance mode with a certification course/diploma undertaken simultaneously is valid.
