In order to pursue BA through distance education you need to be 12th pass.Please note that is not possible to pursue this program without completing 10th and 12th class.
So as per your profile I would suggest you to complete your 10th and 12th class first so that you are eligible for admission in BA program.
The other option for you would be to pursue Bachelor Preparatory Programme (BPP) from IGNOU.
This Programme is offered by the University to those students who wish to do Bachelors Degree of IGNOU but do not have the essential qualification of having passed 10+2.
In absence of such a qualifying certificate these student are deprived
