Hi Anupama,
Well yes you can go ahead and pursue LL.M. abroad, if your degree is recognised by Bar Council of India then all foreign unviersities will accept your application.
The cost may vary deoendign on the country e.g. In US the tuition fee will be approx 20 Lacs a year wheras in UK it may come around 15-20 a year.

Yes, you are eligible to go for MBA after your graduation. And yes it would be better if you route it through CAT / MAT exams so that you can get into a reputed institute.

If your ultimate aim is to do Journalism then I suggest go for direct Journalism program. It's a creative profession and yet have the best of the corporate life. There are several universities/Institute that are offering UG programs in Journalism and Mass Communication. B.Sc. in Economics has more mathematical and practical implication and is opened for students who have studied mathematics till 10+2 whereas B.A. in Economics more theoretical program and can be done without studying mathematics till 10+2.

B.A. degree is better if you are interested in getting a broad liberal arts education and in approaching the study of economics from the theoretical perspective. The B.A. gives you a comprehensive view of economics with a focus on theory instead of its applications to business and finance. B.Com (H) is an undergraduate degree designed to inculcate business acumen in students.
