Admission is through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions TNEA counselling based on the score obtained in NATA. Minimum eligibility to apply is that candidate should have cleared class 12th exams with Mandatory Subject : Mathematics. Other eligibility criteria:
Candidates having 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/State Government with 50% aggregate marks with Mathematics or international baccalaureate Diploma passed/appearing after 10 years of Schooling with 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination are eligible to apply. Hi,
The merit score needed for admission to B.Arch is 80.95. So, your admission will be difficult as they require higher scores.

Last year, the final cut-off was in the range of 250 to 290.
The cut-off generally varies according to the competition and toughness of paper each year.
