With 84% in CBSE Class 12 and 191 in JEE Paper 2, you appear to have a good academic base for B.Arch. Not appearing for NATA does not automatically mean you cannot pursue B.Arch, because admission requirements can vary depending on the institution and the admission route.

I'd suggest checking the current Council of Architecture (COA) eligibility rules and the specific university's admission criteria before applying. Some universities may accept JEE Paper 2 scores for B.Arch admissions, subject to their current requirements.

You can also compare universities such as LPU based on the B.Arch curriculum, studios, practical exposure, faculty,

The selection criteria for BArch involves Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with at least 50% marks. Candidate must also have a valid score in NATA entrance exam. The seat allocation is done via ACPC or CEPT University. Canidate must pay the fees before due dates.

For admission to the B.Arch. programme at Lovely Professional University (LPU), candidates must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing the minimum percentage prescribed by the university and the regulatory authorities, or possess a 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics as per the applicable norms. Applicants are also required to have a valid NATA score or any other aptitude test accepted under the prevailing Council of Architecture (CoA) regulations. LPU complements these eligibility requirements with modern design studios, experienced faculty, industry-oriented learning, live projects,

The selection criteria for B.Arch at SPA Vijayawada require candidates to have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) with at least 50% marks (or a 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics) and obtain a valid JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch) or NATA score. Admissions are made through the JoSAA/CSAB counselling process based on the applicable entrance examination and eligibility criteria.

No, a student with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) alone is not eligible for B.Arch at ICFAI School of Architecture or most architecture colleges in India. As per the Council of Architecture (CoA) norms, candidates must have studied Mathematics in 10+2 or in a 10+3 Diploma and qualify NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch), as applicable. If you meet these eligibility requirements, LPU's B.Arch programme is also a strong option, offering modern design studios, practical learning, internships, industry exposure, and strong academic support for aspiring architects.

With your 50% HSC aggregate meeting LPU's minimum overall requirement and your NATA score of 110 comfortably clearing the qualifying threshold (LPU's cutoffs typically fall in the 90-140 range), you're in a decent position — the only catch is your 42% in PCM falls a bit short of the general category's 50% PCM requirement, though if you belong to SC/ST/OBC-NCL or PWD category, the relaxed 45% PCM cutoff would make you eligible right away; either way, my advice is to reach out directly to LPU's admission counsellors with your marksheet, since their merit-based, flexible admission process (with no rigid management quota hurdles) means t

My brother is also in a B.Arch programme at LPU so I have an idea about its eligibility. To be eligible for B.Arch admission in 2026, candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and secured the minimum required marks as per the college or admission authority. Students with a 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics are also eligible in many cases. Most colleges also require a valid score in NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 depending on their admission process.
