Hello, I don't think there is any added advantage of doing a course in interior design after Bachelors in Architecture, since and an Architecture Graduate would already be equipped with basics of Interior design. Yes if your interest and passion lies in interior design and you want to work as an interior designer than an architect then you can pursue a course in interior design which would enhance your skill set. An Architecture student passing out from any college has following opportunities which also includes Interior design, He/She may wish to be

Hello,
Any addition along with B.Arch degree would make you stand apart from the rest. Maybe a technical qualification such as LEED or GRIHA, would make you much stronger in the field of sustainability. B.Arch degree is a five-year course and is well valued. Additional qualifications such as a:
Certified Autodesk Architecture Specialist
Certified Autodesk Revit Architecture Specialist
Certified Autodesk 3DS MAX specialist
Certified Google Sketch Up Specialist
Certified Photoshop Specialist
Certified Photography Specialist would make you stand apart.
Good luck!

Andhra University-Visakhapatnam would be a better choice among the 2 options. It has a very good infrastructure needed for architecture education. Also, It has an evolved syllabus that is more apt for Bachelors in architecture. Not just this, the college is also having a good faculty strength with many faculties having done their Masters. Not only that, it is well recognised outside India and would give a better opportunity for higher education or work. MEASI Academy also has a good faculty strength. But comparatively, Andhra University-Visakhapatnam would be a better choice than MEASI Academy of Architecture for Bachelors in architect
