College of engineering-Trivandrum is one of the top colleges in Kerala having good placements, infrastructure and faculty. Top companies which visit this college offer high pay packets to the students. Most of the students are placed with high pay packages all over the world.
This college has better infrastructure than other colleges in Kerala. Moreover, yearly fees is on the lower side which helps students from lower economic backgrounds pursue a course from this college. On the other hand, Rizvi College of Architecture has a high fee structure which limits admission to students with considerably higher family income.
College of Engineering-Trivandrum organises many cultural fests, functions to keep its students engaged and does not allow monotony to build over its students. So, in my opinion College of Engineering-Trivandrum is a better college as compared with Rizvi College of Architecture.

D Y Patil School of Architecture is one that needs no introduction. It is one of the best architecture colleges in Pune and across the country. Although its fee structure is slightly on the higher side, it is worth every penny. It has world class facilities, and infrastructure unmatched across India. This college has kept up with the times and the syllabus taught to its students keeps evolving with changing times. Although there are no placements on campus, students can send their portfolio to companies and if the firm likes their work, they get called for the interview process. Although S. B. Patil College of Architecture and Design has a good faculty they have not molded their curriculum to keep up with the changing times, which is necessary for success in the industry. So, in my opinion D Y Patil School of Architecture will be a better bet for architecture aspirants seeking admission in architecture school.

M. S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology is the best option for B.Arch amongst both the mentioned colleges.
MSRIT is one of the best private autonomous colleges of Bangalore affiliated to VTU. MSRIT was established in 1962. More than 5000 student studies in UG and PG course with more than 800 academic faculty. The college has collaborated with many other companies for training and practical purpose.
MSRIT ranked 45th among all the best engineering college by NIRF, 15th by India Today and 20th by Outlook magazine.

BMS College of Engineering is an autonomous engineering college in Basavangudi, Bangalore. BMS College of Engineering established the Department of Architecture in the year 1980.
The Department of Architecture of BMS offers programs in B.Arch, M.Arch (Habitat Design) and doctoral programme under VTU, Belgaum.
The annual intake for B.Arch is 120. It has good infrastructure and well-experienced faculty members.
MIT ADT (Arts, Design and Technology) is located in Pune. It offers a B.Arch programme of 5-year duration which is approved by the COA (Council of architecture). This is also a good choice for architecture when compared to most of the colleges for architecture in India. This college offers good education with great infrastructure and faculty members.
Both of these offer good education and opportunities to the students of architecture.
But when comparing both of these, I prefer BMS College of Engineering. They are almost equal to each other, but considering all aspects and including student reviews, my choice is BMS College of Engineering.

B.Arch is a course for students who want to make their career in the architecture field. In B.Arch, students have to design, create as main part of this course is drawing so which is not possible for every student, so B.Arch is quite tough as compared B.Tech. B.Arch is only for those students who have good physical stamina, patience, responsibility, creative thinking and drawing skills. In the 5-year course, students mainly have to focus on design, sketching perfectly and getting ready to make a huge surprising architect. B.Arch students have to think about the design which is different from all other designs and the design must look decent that's why creativity is at the top in B.Arch course for becoming successful in this field. B.Arch graduate mainly works in the field of design supervision and implementing these design. Architecture is one of the most sought jobs nowadays.

Faculty
The faculty members are a nice blend of old and young professors and the interesting part is that a lot of visiting faculty members are invited at regular times to take the lectures, in their area of expertise. The head-of-departments are the permanent faculty members, and needless to mention about their experience. Also, they are good teachers and can explain concepts well. Some of the faculty members have been the student of J.J. College itself, and are very flexible with handling things.
Infrastructure
The infrastructure falls nothing short of whatever is required. The Laboratories, computer facilities, library are all well-equipped and up-to-date. Campus being the best part of the college comprises 2 buildings for the various departments and workshops. Talking about the classes and the studios where most of the academic learning takes place, are also good, and you do not need to ask for more. The things not functional are replaced frequently, so no issues about the maintenance of infrastructure. The library at Sir J.J. College of Architecture is very rich with some volumes dating back to the time the school was established, i.e. around a century ago.
Placements
At J.J. everybody gets a placement, so that's never going to bother you, but not without proving your mettle. 20-25 architecture firms come to the campus every year. Students also get good 5th-year internships at these firms, and then a 6-month thesis follows. The purpose of the internship is to get the thorough practical knowledge before you actually become an architect.

For the KIITEE B.Arch exam, you first need to know about the syllabus. Which is neither too vast nor difficult as such.
Below I am mentioning some of the most important topics/chapters that are very frequently asked in the KIITEE exam.
(#) For physics portion, the basic understanding of classical mechanics is quite enough. However, you must have a very strong command over certain topics like Electrostatics and Magnetism. In addition to this, you have to learn a slight about Thermodynamics and waves & oscillation.
(#) For mathematics, you must have to learn the entire calculus (preferably differention & integration). It has a great weightage in the examination. In addition, straight lines and circles are also frequent. Apart from the basics, arithmetic will be enough for this exam.
(#) For chemistry portion, the physical chemistry is highly prioritized. After that organic chemistry. It is seen from the past year that inorganic chemistry is not preferred so much. Doing so will surely ensure that you get good marks. However, to get much more than good marks, you have to learn a lot.
