There is no such minimum score required, anyhow you have to appeae for entrance test. Also, few institutes look for 12th Marks, generally 50% or 55% is acceptable.

Yes, you may but I would rather suggest you to go for MBA in finance or operations. The other options that you may go for are CA or CMA.
